Conference Cancellation and Refunds

Requests for refunds of Conference Fees must be submitted in writing to the San Francisco Writers Conference at P.O. Box 326 Oakley, CA 94561 or emailed to Richard Santos. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for refund requests received by Oct. 31, 2017. After that, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER JANUARY 1ST, 2018 FOR ANY REASON. Refunds will be credited to your credit card account or if paid by check, sent within six weeks after requests are received. The SFWC reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker and/or session without notice. There is a $50 handling fee for returned checks.

 

 

Our Policy on Sexual Harassment

The San Francisco Writers Foundation, its staff, its volunteers, and the presenters at its conferences are committed to helping provide safe, inspiring, informative events. The foundation will not tolerate sexual harassment of any kind on the part of attendees, presenters or anyone connected to any event sponsored by the foundation.
